Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

  3. Pour in the melted butter, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined, being careful not to overmix.
Baking

  2. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
