Preparation
- Start by slicing your beef into thin strips. The thinner the strips, the quicker they'll cook.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sliced onions. Sauté until they become translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Increase the heat to high and add the marinated beef strips to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until the beef is cooked through and slightly browned.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.

Notes
