  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain) Can substitute with regular yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into individual jars or one airtight container. Seal the jars or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add additional toppings if desired—more fresh strawberries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of chia seeds would be divine!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days in airtight containers. For freezing, store for up to 2 months in a freezer-safe container and thaw overnight in the fridge.
