  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained Make sure to squeeze out moisture.
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped Drain before using.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Let it soften before mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased oven-safe dish.
Baking
  1. Place the dish into the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown on top.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks. For drinks, pair with a crisp white wine or sparkling lemonade.
