  • 1 cup cooked smoked chicken or beef, shredded Choose your favorite smoked meat

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your smoker or oven to 225°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the smoked chicken or beef, shredded cheese, and salsa until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the smoker or oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Top with fresh chopped green onions once out of the oven.
Serving
  1. Serve with tortilla chips immediately after cooling slightly.
