- Fold in the smoked chicken or beef, shredded cheese, and salsa until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the smoker or oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Top with fresh chopped green onions once out of the oven.
Serving
- Serve with tortilla chips immediately after cooling slightly.
