Preparation
- Cook your noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Making the Teriyaki Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. If you'd like a thicker sauce, stir in cornstarch until fully blended.
Cooking the Steak and Shrimp
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Combining Ingredients
- Return the cooked steak to the pan with the shrimp. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and toss to coat. Allow it to simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss gently to combine everything. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Serving
- Plate your Shrimp Teriyaki Steak Noodles and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
