- If you haven’t already cooked your rice, now’s the time! Follow the package instructions and set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Gently fold in the shrimp and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour this mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly on top. Feel free to add extra cheese for that ultimate comfort food experience!
Baking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked, and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
