- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion, vegetables, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme.
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken until coated.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with prepared stuffing, spreading evenly across the surface.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add extra vegetables like green beans or broccoli for more flavor and texture.
Use cream of mushroom soup for a richer twist.
