Cooking

  2. The jam is ready when it coats the back of your spoon.
Cooling and Storing

  2. Pour it into a clean jar and refrigerate until it sets up (about 1-2 hours).
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze in freezer-safe jars for up to 6 months.
