No Bake Protein Balls

A quick and healthy snack packed with protein, fiber, and natural sweetness. Perfect for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or an on-the-go energy boost.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed optional
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Equipment

  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Baking sheet (optional, for chilling)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, flaxseed, chocolate chips, and salt.
  2. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  4. Place balls on a baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Swap peanut butter with sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.
Add mix-ins like dried cranberries, shredded coconut, or chia seeds.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
