  • 2 cups milk (or any non-dairy alternative) Can use almond milk, coconut milk, or any plant-based milk.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until everything is well mixed.
  2. Once combined, evenly divide the mixture into two or more jars, making sure to leave enough space for toppings.
  3. Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator. Let them chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or additional sweeteners if desired.
  5. Grab a spoon, sit back, and enjoy your delicious breakfast!

Notes

These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to five days. Stir the mixture before serving. Add fresh toppings just before serving to maintain flavor and texture.
