  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (baby spinach, arugula, or romaine)
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped (or any nut you prefer)
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey for a touch of sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens.
  3. Arrange the sliced Honeycrisp apples over the greens.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts on top of the salad.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until the greens are well coated.
