  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Tamari can be used for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For frying the pork chops.

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Making the Glaze
  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
Cooking the Chops
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  3. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Leftovers can be chopped for salads or added to stir-frys. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
