Cooking the Chops
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.

Notes
