- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush zucchini slices lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill zucchini for 2–3 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
- Arrange grilled zucchini on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and torn basil over the top.
- Drizzle with honey just before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, top with toasted pine nuts or walnuts.
Can be served warm or at room temperature.
Pair with grilled meats or as part of a summer salad spread.
