  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For assembling the wraps
  • 4 pieces whole wheat or regular tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons for crunch (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Grilling the Shrimp
  1. Place the marinated shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the heat.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.
  2. On each tortilla, layer the chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, a generous drizzle of Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. If desired, toss in a few croutons.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Serving
  1. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy your flavorful creation!
