- Start by removing the outer leaves of the cabbage, and then slice it thinly.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Toss in the minced ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until it begins to soften but retains its crunch.
- Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve warm as a side dish or on its own.
Notes
Top Tips: Feel free to add other vegetables, adjust ginger to your taste, and substitute honey with maple syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
