  • 1 lb flank steak (sliced thinly)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Begin by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Steak
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Season the sliced flank steak with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the steak is cooked to your liking, then remove it and let it rest.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine everything.
Combining Everything
  1. Return the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter mixture to coat evenly.
  2. Add the steak slices back in, allowing them to mingle with the noodles.
