Preparation
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, broth, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembly
- In a large baking dish, spread a layer of the shrimp mixture on the bottom.
- Place a layer of noodles on top, followed by a generous sprinkle of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, let it sit for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, do not overcook the shrimp. You can substitute gluten-free lasagna noodles for a gluten-free option. Add crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat, if desired.
