  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces You can substitute with chicken thighs for juicier texture.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Melted to create the garlic butter sauce.
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on garlic preference.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the chicken.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • to taste red pepper flakes Optional for additional heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, stirring to coat in the buttery garlic goodness. Cook for around 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway for even color.
  2. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with chopped parsley, adding red pepper flakes if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat to maintain juiciness. Can be frozen for 2-3 months in a freezer-safe container.
