Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey, if desired, until well combined.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet, spreading it out evenly to about ½ inch thick.
  4. Scatter your chosen fruits, nuts, and chocolate chips evenly across the yogurt layer.
Freezing
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and peel off the parchment. Use a sharp knife to cut or break the bark into pieces.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
