Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Alternatively, use crushed vanilla wafers.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Must be at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • ½ cup Fireball whiskey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped nuts Optional for extra texture.
  • Extra powdered sugar for rolling Optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by assembling all your ingredients. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, Fireball whiskey, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until fully combined. The mixture should be moist but not too sticky.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  4. Remove the chilled mixture from the refrigerator. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll the balls in extra powdered sugar or chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Place the coated whiskey balls on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, serve the Fireball Whiskey Balls on a platter.
