Preparation
- Start by assembling all your ingredients. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, Fireball whiskey, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until fully combined. The mixture should be moist but not too sticky.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Remove the chilled mixture from the refrigerator. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form 1-inch balls.
- Roll the balls in extra powdered sugar or chopped nuts if desired.
- Place the coated whiskey balls on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, serve the Fireball Whiskey Balls on a platter.
Notes
Best enjoyed chilled. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or frozen for up to three months.
