Easy No-Bake Strawberry Delight

A light, creamy, and fruity dessert that layers a buttery crust, sweetened cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for quick gatherings or a refreshing treat.

Ingredients
  

  • Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • Topping:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • Optional: extra whipped topping for garnish

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer or whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently until combined.
  3. Spread the filling over the crust evenly.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries over the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Optional: Add dollops of whipped topping on top before serving.

Notes

Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
Substitute strawberries with other fresh berries or a mix for variation.
Keep refrigerated; best enjoyed within 3 days.
