Dreamy Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

A light and airy dessert that tastes like cherry cheesecake in every spoonful! Perfect for potlucks, family gatherings, or a no-bake treat that’s quick to assemble.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer or hand whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula
  • Serving dish or individual cups

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Fold in half of the cherry pie filling.
  4. Transfer mixture to a serving dish or individual cups.
  5. Top with remaining cherry pie filling.
  6. Chill for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

For extra texture, add crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies to the bottom.
Can substitute cherry pie filling with strawberry or raspberry for variation.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
