  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and crispness
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to achieve crispiness.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss to cover all florets.
  4. Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to maintain crispiness.
