- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream, heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat the ingredients on medium speed until they form soft peaks.
- In your desired serving dish, start layering the crushed graham crackers at the bottom to create a crunchy base.
- Spread a generous layer of the coconut cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Alternate between layers of graham crackers and coconut cream until your dish is filled, finishing with a layer of coconut cream on top.
- Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top or drizzle with chocolate.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in individual servings and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
