Method
Preparation
- Start by washing the strawberries gently under cool water. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth and completely melted.
Coating
- Take each strawberry, dip it halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Next, dip the chocolate-coated part into the yogurt until well-coated.
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings onto the yogurt while the yogurt is still wet.
Setting
- Place the coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pop them in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Once set, your Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are ready to enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For freezing, layer on a baking sheet until firm, then transfer to a container, lasting up to a month.
