  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Use fresh or properly thawed shrimp.
  • 1 cup lump crab meat Opt for fresh for best flavor.
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped Make sure to wash and dry the spinach.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach, cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure that everything is evenly mixed together.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
