Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is soft for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar For sweetness.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped for fluffiness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
Apples
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp are great choices) Provides tartness and freshness.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs For the crust layer.
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional) For topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth. Then, add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring no lumps remain and keeping the mixture light and airy.
  3. Dice your apples and toss them lightly with a drizzle of caramel sauce to add flavor and keep them from browning.
Assembly
  1. In serving cups or small jars, layer the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom. Follow with a layer of the cheesecake filling, then add the caramelized apples on top. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the cup.
  2. Drizzle more caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing for best texture.
