- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Make sure it doesn’t burn; you want it to be perfectly golden.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter, stirring constantly for about 2-3 minutes. The garlic should turn fragrant and slightly golden, but not browned.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, allowing it to bloom in the hot butter for another minute to intensify the flavors.
- Remove from heat and mix in the lemon juice for bright acidity. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- If you’d like, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top for a fresh pop. Enjoy your sauce warm over your favorite dishes!
