Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice For bright acidity.
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional) Add before serving for freshness.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Make sure it doesn’t burn; you want it to be perfectly golden.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter, stirring constantly for about 2-3 minutes. The garlic should turn fragrant and slightly golden, but not browned.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, allowing it to bloom in the hot butter for another minute to intensify the flavors.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the lemon juice for bright acidity. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. If you’d like, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top for a fresh pop. Enjoy your sauce warm over your favorite dishes!
