- In a large mixing bowl or a mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a good handful of sprinkles. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
- Make sure the oats are fully coated with the wet ingredients. This ensures the oats soak up all that flavor and become creamy overnight.
- Cover the bowl or seal your mason jar and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
Serving
- In the morning, give your oats a good stir, adding more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Top with extra sprinkles, fresh fruit, or nuts to enhance the flavor.
- Serve directly from the jar or bowl, and enjoy a sweet start to your day!
Notes
These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a warm treat, add a splash of milk and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
